By providing each client with holistic, individualized care combined with a safe space to embrace vulnerability, my clients can uncover wounds, heal, and thrive! I specialize in working with individuals experiencing shifts in identity, depression, attachment ruptures, childhood trauma, single event trauma and on women's health including peri/postnatal mood disorders and peri/post menopause transitions. In my practice, I frequently use humanistic approaches and somatic work such as EMDR and Brainspotting. I enjoy working with each client in a holistic, integrative manner, creating tailored treatments for your unique needs. To bridge the gap between awareness and change, I use gentle confrontation, empathy, and storytelling to highlight the differences between your past narrative, your current self and the self you aspire to be.
